What will your measure of success be – readers, search visibility, more conversation?
Forrester Research says you need to use the POST formula: People, Objectives, Strategy and then Technology.
I totally agree that blogging is the best marketing tool by far, but I also believe that you need a blog strategy to make it be that wonder tool.
